Randy Dailey

Randy Dailey possesses extensive experience in operations and management, particularly in the supply chain and retail industries. Since September 2011, Randy has held multiple positions at Grainger, including Branch Manager, Field Trainer, Operations Manager, and Branch Operations Manager, with a focus on running efficient and profitable branch operations. Prior to Grainger, Randy served as Operations Manager and Sales Team Leader at Impact Resource Group from May 2008 to September 2011, and held roles as Store Director at Toys"R"Us from January 2001 to May 2008 and at Target from September 1982 to January 2001, where Randy began as Logistics Manager. Randy earned a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in 2011 and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Mesa University in 1987.
