Tom McBrien has extensive experience in sales and operations management, with a career spanning over a decade across multiple prominent companies. Initially serving as an Outside Sales Account Manager for Hilti, Tom consistently surpassed sales targets, achieving impressive growth percentages and successfully conducting product demonstrations. Transitioning to Benjamin Moore & Co., Tom managed a team while enhancing customer relationships and meeting ambitious sales goals. Tom further developed leadership skills at Kane Is Able, Inc. and served as a Distribution Operations Group Leader at Target, overseeing significant teams and operations. Currently, Tom holds the position of Manager, Distribution Process at Grainger, where operational efficiency and processes are a focus.
