Ken Rinehart

Ken Rinehart is an experienced Human Resource Manager at W. W. Wood Products, Inc. since January 2003, where leadership is provided to a team of five and approximately 1,400 employees across five divisions in one of the largest privately-owned cabinet manufacturing companies in the United States. Prior to this role, Ken served as Chief of Police at the Dexter Police Department from May 1998 to January 2003, overseeing departmental activities, and worked as a Police Detective with the Cape Girardeau Police Department from November 1990 to May 1998, focusing on felony crime investigations. Ken began a law enforcement career as a Deputy Sheriff at the Stoddard County Sheriff's Department from July 1987 to November 1990, engaging in various duties, including criminal investigations and public relations. Ken's education includes studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Mineral Area College, and Southeast Missouri State University.
