Max Block

Max Block is a Principal at W1 Global, Inc., where they lead investigations and risk advisory initiatives drawing on over 20 years of expertise in the financial services, defense, and extractive industries. Max is known for assembling specialized teams to tackle complex global investigations. They previously served as an executive in the Financial Crimes Compliance unit of a major Swiss investment bank and held roles at top-tier firms including KPMG and Navigant. Early in their career, Max worked as a journalist, reporting from conflict zones and producing documentary content for the National Geographic Channel. They hold an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University and a B.A. in English from Vassar College.
