Austin Vedder

Austin Vedder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate, investment, and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at W2 Real Estate Partners and a Private Investor at a Family Office since 2018, Austin has also co-founded and led Shift Messenger as CEO from 2014 to 2018, where Austin drove significant employee engagement for enterprise clients like Gap and Old Navy. Prior to this, Austin held the position of Director of Product at Redbeacon from 2009 to 2014, facilitating connections between homeowners and service professionals. Austin's career began at The Boston Consulting Group from 2006 to 2008, where strategic recommendations were made for Fortune 500 clients. Austin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College, complemented by a formative experience at Y Combinator in 2015.
