John Paul Pennisi

John Paul Pennisi has a comprehensive work experience in the software engineering field. John Paul started their career at Softheon as a Software Engineer from June 2013 to August 2015. Following that, they joined Darby Dental Supply as a Software Engineer from August 2015 to March 2016. John then returned to Softheon as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2016 to April 2019. John Paul was then promoted to Director of Software Engineering from April 2019 to April 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Softheon since April 2020. Additionally, in 2023, John will be joining W3LL as the Head of Technology.

John Paul Pennisi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University in 2012. John Paul then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, completing it in 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in leadership, goal setting, technology, body language, artificial intelligence, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and C# programming.
