Marianne M. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marianne began their career at Campbell Ewald as the Vice President and Manager of Training & Development, where they developed corporate training programs and implemented a new business system. Marianne then worked at General Motors, first as a Business Analyst, where they successfully delivered the System Development Process training to senior management, and then as a Training Manager, where they developed and delivered the System Development Process training across the global organization. Marianne also worked at Ajilon as a Technical Recruiting Manager, sourcing and placing candidates in various industries. At AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, they held the role of Investor Relations Communication Specialist and facilitated compliance with NYSE listing standards and SEC reporting requirements. Marianne also worked at TEC Group, Inc. as a Project Manager and Service Technology Analyst, re-designing and streamlining training programs for FCA dealerships. Marianne worked at G-TECH Services, Inc. as a Project Manager, managing the Data Spill Submission Program and tracking Supplier Risk Mitigation Plans. Marianne then joined Aerotek as a Project Manager, providing program and project management support within various business teams. Most recently, Marianne worked at Aquent as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed a large eCommerce project. Marianne is currently working at W3R Consulting as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on the management of a complex eCommerce integration for Mercedes Benz Financial Services.

Marianne M. pursued their education between 1989 and 1991 at Central Michigan University. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Economics.
