Chris Platt

Chris Platt is an experienced Building Technologist currently employed at WA Architects Ltd. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Chris worked at Hotson Architecture Inc. and Modulor Studio Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing projects from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 6 and providing detailed technical expertise. Additionally, experience at JDA Ltd. involved producing general arrangement plans for commercial developments, while Adamson Construction & Interiors focused on detailed drawings for domestic projects. Chris initiated a career as a Junior Technician at John Dixon & Associates Ltd., gaining foundational skills in AutoCAD and the design process. Educated at The University of Huddersfield with a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology, complemented by a BTEC National Diploma from The Oldham College, Chris possesses a solid educational background in the construction field.
