Elaine Meighan

Elaine Meighan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at WA Primary Health Alliance since December 2020, Elaine has previously held positions such as People and Culture Manager at the same organization and Head of People Services at HBF Health. Earlier roles include Group Manager of HR Services and HR Operations Manager at Silver Chain Group, where Elaine contributed to one of Australia's largest community care providers. Additional experience includes significant roles at myBPOS as Head of Human Resources, HR Manager at FPSG, and HR Benefits Advisor at SMG plc. Elaine holds a degree of MCIPD from the University of Strathclyde and furthered education at Reed Business School.
