Stuart Gibbon

Stuart Gibbon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as the National Manager for Primary Health Insights at WA Primary Health Alliance since February 2021, Stuart oversees a secure digital platform that enhances the sharing and analysis of primary health information. Prior to this role, Stuart held the position of Director at Deloitte Australia, providing consultancy on technology investments, and served as Executive Director of ICT Strategy and Delivery at the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, where Stuart spearheaded the implementation of Digital WA. Stuart's career also includes significant roles at the Department of Training and Workforce Development, WA Police, and early experiences in science communication and IT development. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics and several certifications in project management and criminal intelligence analysis.
