Vikram Kapoor

Vikram Kapoor has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Vikram is the Group CEO of Waada the Movement, a company focused on making the world a better place. Vikram is also the Founder/Owner/CEO of Agile Cockpit, an online solution for agile organizations. Previously, they founded DevOn, specializing in technical coaching, agile software delivery, and DevOps. Vikram also founded Prowareness WeOn, which focuses on changing organizational structures and culture. Prior to these ventures, they were the owner of iSense, a leading ICT staffing company, and Silverside BV, a document management company. Vikram has also worked as a freelance consultant, an ITIL consultant, and as a management consultant at KPMG and IBM.

Vikram Kapoor completed their secondary education at St'Anthony School Faridabad from 1977 to 1985, earning a degree in High School. Vikram then pursued further studies at Delft University of Technology from 1990 to 1995, specializing in Technische Wiskunde & Informatica and graduating with a degree in ir. (abbreviation for ingenieur; the Dutch equivalent of an engineer).
