Waag Futurelab
Cecilia Raspanti is a co-founder and lead of TextileLab Amsterdam at Waag FutureLab, where the focus lies on combining textiles, culture, and technology to foster sustainability in textiles and materials. As co-founder and lead lecturer at Fabricademy, Cecilia contributes to a transdisciplinary course aimed at innovating textile industry technologies. At Waag Society and FabLab Amsterdam, Cecilia serves as a designer and concept developer, instructing youth in digital fabrication and electronics. Additionally, Cecilia runs the fashion and textile brand Ceciilya, emphasizing the integration of technology in textile manipulation. Previous experience includes roles as an assistant product manager for various high-profile labels and educational training at Polimoda fashion institute and L.A.S.T.
