Abhishek Pareek is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in leadership roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as Group Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer at Waaree Group since September 2017, Abhishek has previously held key financial positions at SHUBHALAKSHMI POLYESTERS LTD as CFO and VP - Finance, as well as CFO at BOTHRA METALS AND ALLOYS LIMITED. Prior professional experience includes serving as a Financial Advisor at Finex Services and an Auditor at K.K. Chhajer & Co. Abhishek holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CS qualification in Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance, complemented by a Certificate in Forex and Treasury Management.
