Pawankumar Makadia

Pawankumar Makadia currently serves as Chief of Staff at Waaree Group as of December 2024, after an extensive tenure at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2016 to December 2024, where roles included Partner, Principal, and Project Leader. Prior to BCG, Pawankumar held the position of President of the Student Council at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, focusing on constitutional reforms and various initiatives. In the early stages of the career, Pawankumar was promoted to the youngest Project Manager at Mott MacDonald, overseeing numerous significant projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Bachelor of Laws from Gujarat University, and a degree in Information & Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
