James Cavanagh has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the field of research and development (R&D). James is currently serving as the Director of Process Technology at WAB US Corp since July 2020. Prior to their current role, from September 2015 to June 2020, they worked as the Principal Consultant at Bottom Line Associates / Cavanagh Consulting Services, where they provided R&D management consulting, product strategy, hygiene strategy, technology brokering, and cost reduction services.
From May 2012 to August 2015, James served as the Managing Director at RDP STRATEGIES LIMITED. James held two roles at Reckitt Benckiser, a consumer goods company, during their tenure from 1989 to 2012. From August 2008 to May 2012, they were the Global R&D Director Therapeutic Skincare, responsible for leading R&D teams globally to develop and launch new healthcare and personal care products. From April 1989 to August 2008, they held the position of R&D Director Scientific Services NA & ANZ, overseeing technical service, product development, regulatory compliance, and food R&D functions in North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
James Cavanagh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and History from Rutgers University.
