Vivian M. has extensive experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Vivian started their career as an Assistant Manager at Jelly's Music, where they supervised and facilitated daily store operations. Vivian then worked as a Promotions Assistant at BYO Records, where they were responsible for scheduling interviews, writing biographies, and handling publicity for bands.

After that, Vivian joined Zen Zoo Tea as a Regional Manager and Executive Assistant. In this role, they assisted the CEO and CFO in growing the business from one to three restaurants. Vivian also created training materials and developed various programs, such as tea workshops and a business-to-business food service program.

Vivian then worked as a Freelance Business Consultant at Butter Tart Cafe, where they provided assistance with operations development and promotional campaigns on a contract basis. Vivian also supported the owner with menu development and opening logistics.
