Melissa Strong

Melissa Strong currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Wabash Center since December 2017. Prior to this role, Melissa held various senior leadership positions within Wabash from March 2015 to September 2025, including Sr. Director of Executive Compensation and Senior Director of Total Rewards. Earlier in her career, Melissa worked at Subaru of Indiana Automotive from October 2000 to March 2015, where responsibilities included Group Leader for Payroll & Benefits. Melissa Strong earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University from 2007 to 2011 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Legal Studies at Purdue Global, expected to complete in November 2024.
