Beth Fischer is a Physician Assistant Certified with extensive experience in various medical fields, currently serving as an Orthopedic Surgical PA-C at Wabash General Hospital since September 2018. Wabash General Hospital is a not-for-profit district hospital. It is overseen by a nine member board of directors who are appointed by the county commissioners. Wabash General is a Critical Access Hospital with a 25 bed capacity. The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. It has been managed by Alliant Management Services since 1987 and has been open since 1951. The sole purpose of Wabash General Hospital is to provide high quality, cost effective health care in Wabash and surrounding counties, and promote the general health of its residents.
