Wabash General Hospital
Danielle Peach is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in both healthcare and community settings. Currently employed at Wabash General Hospital since September 2021, Danielle previously served as a Medical Social Worker at Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice from March 2019 to September 2021, supporting families and patients in finding beneficial resources. Prior to that, Danielle worked at the Wabash County Health Department from November 2012 to March 2019, conducting mental health and substance abuse assessments while providing therapy to individuals, families, and couples. Danielle began the career as a Mental Health Therapist at Southeastern Illinois Counseling Center from March 2007 to November 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work, both obtained from the University of Southern Indiana.

Wabash General Hospital is a not-for-profit district hospital. It is overseen by a nine member board of directors who are appointed by the county commissioners. Wabash General is a Critical Access Hospital with a 25 bed capacity. The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. It has been managed by Alliant Management Services since 1987 and has been open since 1951. The sole purpose of Wabash General Hospital is to provide high quality, cost effective health care in Wabash and surrounding counties, and promote the general health of its residents.
