Dave Luhman

David Luhman is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various areas of law. Since August 1977, Luhman has been associated with Hoffman, Luhman & Masson, PC, initially serving as an Associate Attorney through July 1980 and later as a Partner from 1980 to 2015. Currently, Luhman holds the position of Of Counsel with a focus on Municipal Law, Retail and Commercial Collections, Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors Rights, Insurance Subrogation and Defense, and Estate Planning and Administration. Prior to this role, Luhman worked as a Hearing Examiner and Law Clerk for the Public Service Commission of Indiana, gaining valuable experience in administrative law and regulatory issues. Luhman earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Purdue University.
