Greg Jarman

Gregory Jarman currently serves as the Vice President of Broadband Partnerships at the Wabash Heartland Innovation Network (WHIN) since January 2021 and has been an Independent Consultant since January 2020, providing operational consulting to service providers. Previously, Jarman held multiple senior positions, including Chief Development Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Managing Director of Technology at Watch Communications, overseeing technical operations for wireless internet services in rural Indiana. Jarman founded Indiana Communications and Systems, Inc., the first dial-up internet service provider in southeastern Indiana, and has held various technology consulting roles with notable organizations such as Lockheed Martin and major corporate clients like Anthem BCBS and General Motors. Jarman's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Indianapolis.
