Lauren Schneider

Lauren Schneider is an experienced case manager with a strong background in mental health services and client support. Currently serving at Wabash Valley Hospital and Valley Oaks Health since April 2014, Lauren specializes in case management and corporate training, conducting client assessments, teaching daily living skills, and linking clients to community resources. Lauren has also taken on a mentor role to support staff engagement and training in evidence-based practices. Additionally, Lauren has been with Swanson Center since July 2010, providing home visits and assistance for client treatment and well-being. Early experience includes serving as an office coordinator for S and S Precast, where responsibilities included coordinating a work release program. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University.
