Ashley Stanisz

Ashley Stanisz has a long history of working in the retail industry. Ashley began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at Clarks. In 2007, they moved to Chico's FAS Inc. as an Assistant Store Manager. In 2008, they joined The Walking Company as a MidEast District Manager, District Training Coordinator/Store Business Manager, and Store Business Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for the overall vision, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the district, as well as ensuring quality customer service and upholding merchandising standards. Ashley also achieved a double-digit comp gain for 2011 and upheld inventory control procedures with shrink less than 0. In 2015, Ashley moved to Stein Mart as a General Manager. Most recently, they joined Wabash Valley Goodwill in 2021 as a Retail Operations Director.

Ashley Stanisz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Harrison College-Indianapolis between 2010 and 2014. Ashley also obtained an A.A.S in Fashion Merchandising from Indiana Business College between 2005 and 2008.
