Scott Berry is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Wabash Valley Power Alliance since August 2022, overseeing environmental, safety, DOT, insurance, and NERC compliance. Prior to this role, Scott spent 28 years at Indiana Municipal Power Agency, progressing from Combustion Turbine Operator/Technician to Manager of Environmental & NERC Compliance, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, operational standards, and cybersecurity policies, as well as participating in regulatory audits and contributing to NERC standard drafting. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis, complemented by graduation from the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.

Wabash Valley Power Association (WVPA) is a not-for-profit generation and transmission cooperative created out of the need for reliable, affordable electricity in America's heartland. We don't have customers, we have members. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, WVPA provides wholesale power to 23 distribution cooperatives in Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri that serve over 310,000 residential and business members (which makes us a co-op of co-ops).
