Bill Nygaard

Bill Nygaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aftermarket leadership, specializing in warranty, field and technical service, and customer support. They have held prominent roles at several prestigious companies, including Vice President positions at Linder Industrial Machinery and ECHO Incorporated, and served as a Manager of Truck Warranty at both Caterpillar Inc. and Bucyrus International. Bill's career began as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army, and they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Currently, Bill is the Warranty Director at Wabash, continuing their commitment to excellence in service and customer support.
