Prior to this role, Brent accumulated over a decade of experience at Honeywell, serving in various capacities, including Service Manager - North America, Field Service Manager - Central US, Site Operations Manager, Lean Leader & MOS Champion, and Production Operations Lead / US Service Workshop Manager from September 2011 to April 2022. Brent began the professional career at Gordon Flesch Company Inc. as a Field Service Supervisor from January 2000 to September 2011. Brent earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from DePaul University.
