Melissa Strong

Melissa Strong has extensive experience in executive compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Sr. Director of Executive Compensation and Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Wabash since March 2015. Prior roles at Wabash include Director of Total Rewards, Sr. Manager of Payroll & Benefits, Benefits Manager, Health and Wellness Manager, and Benefits Administrator. In addition, Melissa serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Wabash Center since December 2017. Previously, experience at Subaru of Indiana Automotive spanned from October 2000 to March 2015, culminating in the role of Group Leader for Payroll & Benefits. Melissa Strong earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University between 2007 and 2011.
