Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Amit started their career in 2006 as an intern at BCCL, where they gained exposure to HR practices. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at Jaiprakash Associates Limited as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection processes. In 2017, Amit joined Future Retails Limited as an Area People Officer, a role they held until 2022. Amit then moved to Reliance Retail, where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager from March 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Amit is a Lead HR Manager at Wabtec Corporation, a position they have held since December 2022.

Amit Kumar earned an MBA in PMIR from Banaras Hindu University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A degree in Economics from Patna University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Assessor from BasilTree Consulting.
