Daniel Spencer

Daniel Spencer is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Beginning as an Engineering Intern at Coach and Equipment Bus Manufacturing, Daniel documented jigs and fixtures and developed a SolidWorks catalog for them. As a Process Engineering Intern at GE Aviation, responsibilities included leading the transition of part numbers into the facility, which created two hourly positions. Daniel served as Team Leader for the Clarkson University Formula SAE Drivetrain Sub, where oversight was provided on the design and fabrication of a formula car. In a Senior System Architect role at Siemens, IIoT concepts and prototypes were developed for Grade Crossing Products. Daniel continued as an Advanced Lead Systems Engineer and Product Manager at Wabtec Corporation, transitioning from roles in the GE Transportation Edison Engineering Development Program that focused on systems integration and new product introduction. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, achieving a GPA of 3.86/4.0.
