Douglas McCain

Douglas McCain has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Douglas started off as a Financial Advisor at UBS, where they managed client assets and provided comprehensive financial planning. Later, they joined L-3 Communications as a Financial Analyst, where they excelled in forecasting sales, developing cost reduction plans, and implementing cost reduction initiatives. Douglas then moved on to GE Oil & Gas as a Lead Supply Chain Finance Analyst, where they managed financial responsibilities and supported functional teams during a facility transition. Following that, they joined Baker Hughes, a GE company, as a Senior FP&A Operations Manager, where they were responsible for financial planning and analysis of oilfield and power equipment business. Currently, they are working at Wabtec Corporation, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Manufacturing Operations Finance Manager and Senior Director FP&A Global Operations. In their current position, they lead FP&A teams, defines business strategies, and supports the broader leadership team in achieving financial and operational results.

Douglas McCain completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2009.
