Elle Smith

Elle Smith serves as the Head of Transformation and Development for Transit at Wabtec Corporation since January 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Elle holds the position of Human Resources Director for Services and Brakes & Safety Divisions at Faiveley Transport, where employment has continued since May 2007. Previously, Elle was the Director at JES Testing Ltd from February 2005 to February 2010 and held various interim human resources roles at Kemira GrowHow, Dailycer, and Rolls-Royce. From February 1998 to August 2004, Elle worked as the Group Personnel and Training Manager at Corkills Motor Group. Educational achievements include a PhD in Molecular Biology and a BSc (Hons) 2.i. in Medical Cell Biology, both from the University of Liverpool.
