Fabrice Morin

Fabrice Morin is a seasoned professional in quality and environmental health and safety management, currently serving as the Head of Quality for Western Europe at Wabtec Corporation since October 2017. Fabrice has significantly contributed to quality improvement across 14 plants in 7 countries, leading a Supplier Quality Commodity team. Previously, Fabrice held the role of Regional Quality & EHS Director for North France and managed a 35-member quality team, achieving notable reductions in customer complaints and non-quality costs. With a background in quality management at GROUPE POCHET and Faurecia Automotive Seating, Fabrice has implemented rigorous quality assurance processes and led Six Sigma projects across multiple countries, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence. Academically, Fabrice is pursuing further education at ESCP Business School and holds an engineering degree from Polytech Marseille.
