Fernando Vasquez

Fernando Vasquez is an Embedded Security Analyst at Wabtec Corporation since February 2016, specializing in keeping transportation logistics systems compliant with EDI ANSI X.12 standards and collaborating with industry committees to enhance customs regulations across North America. Prior to this, Fernando worked at GE Transportation from 2006 to 2016 in Client Services, where expertise in EDI, Hazmat, and Customs procedures was developed, improving logistics processes and uncovering new business opportunities. Fernando holds a B.A. in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, and International Business from Harding University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
