Jerry Weber is currently the Director of Operations/COO at Motive Equipment Inc., a Wabtec Company, where they manage all day-to-day operations to maximize profits. With a robust background in financial and business management, Jerry has held various leadership roles, including Director of Continuous Improvement and Senior Project Engineer at Aluminum Casting & Engineering Company, and Vice President of Operations at The Kinetic Co., Inc. They hold multiple degrees from Marian University of Fond du Lac, including a B.S. in Quality & Productivity Management, and have consistently applied Lean Six Sigma principles to achieve cost-saving measures and enhance productivity throughout their career.
