John Kramer is a seasoned patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as Sr. Patent Counsel at Wabtec Corporation since February 2019, John previously held the position of Patent Counsel at GE from March 2008 to February 2019. John Kramer earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 1993 and a Juris Doctor from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, completing studies in 1999.
