Juan Zermeño

Juan Zermeño has extensive experience at Wabtec Corporation since January 2005, currently serving as the Global Lineside Materials and Value Stream Mapping Lean Leader and previously as the Air Compressors Product Line Manager. In this role, Juan has successfully led the Air Compressor Remanufacturing product line across three sites, driving growth and efficiency. Prior positions include Operations and Maintenance Manager, where Juan oversaw a 24/7 locomotive shop, and Plant Manager, responsible for financial oversight and operations management. Juan's expertise in production management and continuous improvement is demonstrated through roles as Production Manager and Q.A. and Lean Coordinator. Earlier in Juan's career, a role as Sales Manager at Metalcut focused on expanding market coverage for Sika Industry products. Juan holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and an Industrial Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
