Justin Downs

Justin Downs has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Justin worked for Wabtec Corporation as the Group Vice President of Operations - Freight Equipment, starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Executive - Supply Operations at GE Transportation from November 2018 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for global supply chain operations and managing assets worth over $300 million to deliver approximately $1.8 billion in revenue. From March 2014 to January 2016, Justin served as the Executive Materials Management for GE Transportation, overseeing factory planning, material management, and warehousing teams. Justin also held the role of Executive Sourcing Leader, managing metallic sourcing activities for GE Transportation from October 2010 to March 2014. Before joining GE Transportation, Justin worked at GE Energy from 2006 to 2010 as GSCM. Justin also worked at GE Oil & Gas from 2002 to 2006 as a Sourcing Leader, and at GE Energy from 1999 to 2002 as part of the supply chain team. Justin began their career in 1996 at GE Aviation, where they worked in the supply chain from January 1996 to October 1999.

Justin Downs attended Murray State University from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology.
