Kevin Bennett

Kevin Bennett, MBA, SPHR is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Sr Employee Human Resources Manager at Wabtec Corporation since February 2019, Kevin previously held the position of Commercial HR Manager at GE, where significant accomplishments included managing a global workforce across multiple countries, centralizing HR processes, and launching diversity programs that notably increased membership in the GLBTA affinity group. Earlier career roles include Team Manager at Yoh Managed Staffing and Personnel Officer at First National Bank of PA, with foundational experience as an Employee Relations Representative at PNC Bank. Kevin holds an MBA in Business Management and a BS in Personnel Management, both from Gannon University.
