Larry Chalmers

Larry Chalmers possesses extensive experience in application development and management, with a focus on the rail industry. At Xorail, Larry served as Manager of Application Development, leading the development of project accounting solutions and implementing a maintenance configuration management system. As AVP of Application Development/Data Services, Larry directed the creation of communication-based services for PTC train control, establishing a new market presence in geospatial databases. Recently at Wabtec Corporation, Larry held dual roles as Senior Director of Support & Services and Senior Director of Product Management, managing significant capital expenditures and overseeing the integration of acquired technologies. Larry holds an MBA from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of North Florida.
