Louis E. C. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in quality engineering, particularly in the electronics sector. Currently serving as the Lead Supplier Quality Engineer at Wabtec Corporation since February 2021, Louis previously held multiple senior engineering roles at QuEST Global and GE Transportation, including Sr. Lead Engineer for the Battery Electric Locomotive Traction Team and Sr. Verification and Validation Engineer. Louis began a career in engineering at GE Transportation in 2008 as a Locomotive Test Engineer. Louis earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University and subsequently achieved dual degrees in Information Sciences and Technology and an Associate of Science in Security and Risk Analysis from Penn State University.
