Matthew Tosh

Matthew Tosh is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in process improvement and project management. Currently employed at Wabtec Corporation since December 2021, Matthew focuses on enhancing safety culture, product quality, and process efficiency. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Owens Corning from January 1997 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading a capital project for in-house machining processes, managing a $320K budget, and ensuring vertical start-up ahead of schedule. Additional roles at Owens Corning involved overseeing the design and launch of advanced material handling systems with a significant budget and implementing quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Union University, an Associate of Science in Mechanical Drafting from Jackson State Community College, and a Certificate in Machine Tool Technology from Tennessee College of Applied Technology.
