Mitch Francis

Mitch Francis is a Lead Software Engineer at Wabtec Corporation, where they are focused on leveraging their extensive experience in backend application development using C/C++, as well as user interface design in Java and Android. Previously, Mitch served as a Principal Software Engineer at Collins Aerospace and held roles at Rockwell Collins and RPC Solutions. With a background in software engineering stretching back to 2004 at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Mitch possesses a deep passion for Linux and FOSS, continually engaging with the latest technologies while supporting their team and leadership. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University - Dominguez Hills in 2014.
