Nicole Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and process improvement. Currently serving as a Commercial Operations Manager at Wabtec Corporation since October 2020, Nicole manages inventory reporting for Customer Service Centers in North America and Brazil while developing processes to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to Wabtec, Nicole spent over 12 years at GE in various roles, including Process & Simplification Manager and Services Black Belt, where significant contributions were made to enhance customer service operations, optimize Oracle ERP systems, and implement Six Sigma methodologies. Nicole holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, and has participated in leadership development programs at Crotonville.
