Rahul Kumar

Rahul Kumar serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Australia/New Zealand and Southeast Asia regions at Wabtec Corporation since September 2022, focusing on HR business partnering, talent management, and industrial relations. Prior experience includes positions as Talent Management Director and Product Lines HR for Alstom, where responsibilities encompassed developing a talent management roadmap for the APAC region and leading employer branding initiatives. At Bombardier Transportation Australia, Rahul held the role of Head of Human Resources, leading organization transformation and industrial relations initiatives. Previous roles also include significant HR and project management positions at SKODA AUTO India, Viscount Plastics, and General Motors. Rahul holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University, a Bachelor of Laws from MS University of Baroda, and a qualification in Applied Science (OH&S) from Holmesglen Institute of TAFE.
