Rakesh Jain

Rakesh Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of GDC at Wabtec Corporation since January 2020, Rakesh Jain has previously held leadership positions at GE Transportation as VP Engineering - Digital Solution and Executive Engineering. Rakesh Jain also worked as Operations Head (AVP) at My City Technology Limited and held various roles at GE, including India Technology Leader and Engineering Manager. Earlier in the career, Rakesh Jain was a Senior Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited and an Engineer at The Tata Power Company Ltd. Rakesh Jain holds an M Tech in Power Electronics and Drives from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Awadhesh Pratap Singh Vishwavidyalaya.
