Rob Dolak

Rob Dolak is currently the Plant Manager at Wabtec Corporation, a position held since 2025. They previously served as the Manufacturing Projects & Initiatives Leader at GE Transportation from 2014 to 2025 and as the Supply Chain Integration Leader from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Rob gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at GE Rail from 2000 to 2012. They earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University between 2001 and 2005.
