Sameer Gaur

Sameer Gaur is an accomplished executive in the rail and transit industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group President for Global Transit Services at Wabtec Corporation, Sameer leads initiatives to enhance customer service within the Transit segment. Prior to this role, Sameer held several influential positions at GE Transportation, including Senior VP and GM of Product Management for Global Services, and contributed significantly to the locomotive modernization business. Additional past roles include Chief Commercial Officer at GE Rail Services and various leadership positions at GE Capital. Sameer’s educational background includes an M.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and an MBA in Finance and International Business from McGill University.
