Stephanie Spence (Strub) has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Manager of Early Career Talent Acquisition & Development at Wabtec Corporation since February 2019, Stephanie has also held the position of HR Business Partner in Engineering & Operations within the same company. Prior to Wabtec, Stephanie worked at GE Transportation from August 2008 to January 2022, where roles included Onboarding & Learning Program Manager and HR Generalist. Earlier in her career, from 2001 to August 2008, Stephanie was an HR Manager at ERS. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Slippery Rock University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
