Stuart Barr

Stuart Barr is the Director of Systems Engineering at Wabtec Corporation, where they lead the development of the Interoperable Electronic Train Management System (I-ETMS) product line. With extensive experience in multi-site and cross-functional development of real-time embedded systems, they have successfully managed teams throughout the full software development life-cycle. Previously, they held various senior roles at Tellabs and Coriant, focusing on systems engineering, interoperability testing, and management solutions for data communications and network products. Stuart has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow and continues to pursue their education.
