Tamara Gromacki has a strong background in commercial operations and leadership roles. Tamara currently works at Wabtec Corporation as the Global Profit and Loss Leader, where they are responsible for leading commercial operations, product management, customer service, parts, services, and channels. Their previous experience includes roles at GE Transportation, where they served as the International Commercial Separation Leader during the Wabtec/GE merger and the Executive Operations Leader for Russia, CIS, and EMENA regions. Tamara also held various executive and general management positions at GE Transportation, including the creation of a Commercial Center of Excellence and a Global Commercial Operations COE. Tamara Gromacki's experience also includes leading a global proposals and contracts team, managing profit and loss responsibilities for GE Transit Operations, and working in quality and manufacturing leadership roles. Tamara started their career as a Main Floor Supervisor at GE Drive Systems.

Tamara Gromacki attended Colegio Espiritu Santo in Puerto Rico from 1979 to 1983 for high school. Tamara then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University in State College, PA from 1983 to 1989.
